LoDan's primary goal is to design quality into the manufacturing process and into the customers product designs through DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and ESI (Early Supplier Involvement). Employee skills training is performed on site in a training lab. Process controls and exact mating assembly/electrical test fixtures are used to guarantee consistency and repeatability. Statistical process controls are used to monitor key processes.

As a result of these goals and activities, LoDan has achieved continuous improvement in customer reported quality trends. The internal customer quality audit level is below 200 parts per million (PPM). Many of the LoDan product lines are currently running at 0 PPM.

        

Our facility has been Registered by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2000 Series Standards for quality, see file number: A8684 .
